Counteract are very proud to report that Birmingham’s very own Swim Deep have signed to RCA Records!
After a successful year including a tour with Pond and various festival appearances (including our Villa Park Kit Launch festival,) Swim Deep have put pen to paper on a deal with RCA, home to none other than Foo Fighters, Kasabian, Kings of Leon and The Strokes, to name a few.
Swim Deep broke the news via Twitter, saying: “We signed with RCA today, its all of our dreams come true man. We love you all. Here’s to swim deep” and posted this photo below:
This follows on from fellow Brummie band and good mates Peace signing to Columbia Records in what is a very successful time for Birmingham music.
Let’s hope it’s not too long before another Brum band is snapped up by a major record label!
