Introducing: Haim

Wow. From the moment I first heard Haim, I had to put pen to paper on them. But doing so is harder than you would think. How can Haim be best described? Alternative mixed with Folk? Rock and Indie fused with motown soul? Well no, they’re actually quite unique, they probably shouldn’t work, but trust me, they do. Stop start vocals with the right mixture of melodies and bass segments, their sound is quite incredible from start to finish.
Haim consists of a front trio and drummer, but to the extraordinaire of myself, the front three are sisters. Danielle (vocals, lead guitar), Alana (vocals, rhythm guitar, keyboards, percussion) and Este Haim (vocals, bass) with Dash Hutton on drums.
These loveable Los Angeles daughters are skilful, harmonic and convincing. They’ll be over our shores soon, I can’t wait.
Watch the video for ‘Forever’ below.
Summary: A cheerful mentality with an adorable sound.
